* In capitalist society, workers have freedom, they can act as they wish, and even if they do not seem to be subject to anyone, they reproduce their labor power and receive adequate wages for it, which is regulated in the market. * Furthermore, the consumption of labor power purchased by the employer takes place outside the market in a place owned by the employer and subject to his legal plans. There, the worker has no freedom or equality. * Freedom, equality, and property rights only function in the market. In the workplace, the worker is able to work only as a subject to the domination of capitalism. The struggle between workers who sell labor power as a commodity and capital who buy it for money and use it constitutes the fundamental contradiction of capitalist society.
