Today, as a continuation of traditional knowledge, knowledge and scientific technology are developing through language. In developed countries, developing countries and third world countries, knowledge, scientific thought and invention are being written and taught in English. At the same time, since the development of third world countries can be complete and systematic only by providing education in the mother tongue of those people, such as Tamil, two hundred years ago, an American scholar named Dr. Samuel Fishgreen, who lived in Sri Lanka, made an effort to teach science in Tamil. Today, as a continuation of this effort, we are using the term ‘Scientific Tamil’.
